Bergamo European Capital of Culture 2019
The March 14th press conference officially launched the work of our international team with Italian partner Federica Olivares, cultural adviser to the Italian Minister of Foreign Affair, to develop the candidacy of Bergamo (Italy) to become European Capital of Culture in 2019. For this ambitious project, Lordculture is in charge to develop an innovative and strong vision of the city’s cultural identity for the next 15 years. Our team will also prepare a “facilities Master Plan” to identify the new places and cultural districts enhanced in the upcoming years. We are also commissioned to develop a visionary programme of special events, festivals, competitions, performances and exhibitions from 2013 to 2019 and to define the operational and financial strategy of Bergamo.
